For as long as she can remember, Partner Tracie Lopardi has always made time in her life for healthy physical activity. She participated in synchronized swimming as a child and went on to swim in college at SUNY Geneseo.

Across those experiences, Tracie gained an appreciation of the importance of both physical and mental health. Given the opportunity to carry this interest further in her professional life, Tracie jumped at it. She serves as co-chair of the Harris Beach Wellness Committee, which supports the physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual wellness of firm employees. Tracie is a member of our Labor and Employment and K-12 Education teams and works out of our Buffalo office.

Her efforts leading the Wellness Committee team and helping the firm prioritize wellness has earned Tracie recognition as a Wellness Champion as part of the Buffalo Business First Western New York Healthiest Employers Awards for 2023.

On Aug. 24, Tracie, other Wellness Champions and company finalists will celebrate their efforts to bring balance to the workplace during one of the most chaotic periods in our history.
