For the second consecutive year, partners Dale Worrall and H. Todd Bullard have been named to the Western New York Daily Record’s Power 20 List in Litigation. The Daily Record recognizes Dale and Todd as litigators who “help clients resolve complex legal matters that often have dire consequence for their financial well-being.”
Dale is co-leader the Business and Commercial Litigation Group. He has experience in virtually every type of dispute that can arise in the business context, including breach of contract cases, partnership/joint venture disputes, business torts, antitrust claims, breach of fiduciary duty allegations, shareholder issues and commercial real estate disputes.
Todd is a commercial litigator who counsels clients on a range of business disputes, including contract interpretation and procurements related to public and private projects. He also represents counties, cities, legislatures, school districts, local development corporations and public authorities in litigation defense and provides outside general counsel services related to operational matters and provides organizations with compliance advice related to New York state and applicable municipal minority and women-owned business enterprise requirements.
