As we go deeper into what’s been referred to as the “information age,” the task of the intellectual property attorney has gotten more complicated. Organizations increasingly need experienced counsel to guide them through the process of protecting not only their inventions, but their ideas as well. The Daily Record of Western New York recently sought to recognize attorneys who do the job with distinction, and included two Harris Beach attorneys on its Power 20 List of IP Lawyers. Partners Jim Muldoon and Neal Slifkin were both included on the list, which recognizes attorneys who have helped clients navigate unprecedented levels of uncertainty.
