In her latest “Informed Investor” column in the Rochester Business Journal, Senior Counsel Patricia Foster tackles the importance of financial literacy as new technology reshapes the world of finance. Patricia points out that even in 2023, only 15 states require students to take and pass a financial literacy course to graduate high school. “What could be more relevant to a high school students than a course that would provide a framework for making sound financial decisions over a lifetime?” she writes.
