Last fall, Partner Dale Worrall and other members of his team went to trial on a case in Cooperstown that showcased some of the ways litigation is changing in the age of COVID. The trial included adaptations such as wearing gloves to handle exhibits and having witnesses wear face shields so that parties could see facial expressions to judge credibility.
