Alessandra is an experienced litigator who represents clients in mass torts litigation, products liability, and toxic torts cases. She is well-versed in developing case strategy and trial preparation through thorough investigations of claimants, site inspections, contract reviews, medical record analysis, discovery, and conducting depositions. She also has significant courtroom experience appearing for oral arguments, discovery conferences, mediations, and trials. Alessandra values ongoing communications and relations with clients to keep them apprised of developments throughout all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Alessandra worked at a national defense litigation firm with a focus on construction litigation. Additionally, Alessandra previously served as Assistant Corporate Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division and the Manhattan Borough Unit of the New York City Law Department. Alessandra has diverse litigation experience in cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, negligent supervision, loss of sepulcher, police misconduct, excessive force claims, New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6), and civil rights cases brought in federal court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 involving claims of governmental misconduct.
While in law school, Alessandra completed internships in the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and in the Special Victims Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
