John counsels businesses at all phases of their business development and assists them on organizational matters, general business contracts, governmental compliance issues, financial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. In connection with mergers and acquisitions, John represents clients in all stages of a transaction, including the preparation and submission of premerger filings with the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. John also counsels financial institutions on commercial loan transactions.
