Corey is a litigator who represents clients across numerous industries in state and federal trial and appellate courts, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative investigations and proceedings. He has experience in all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, including drafting complaints, conducting complex research, defending objections and dispositive motions, and handling large-scale discovery productions.
Corey previously worked as an associate at an international law firm in New York City, focusing on securities disputes and class actions before federal courts and industry regulatory authorities. Corey also previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Gary L. Sharpe, U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Corey graduated from Albany Law School as the Class of 2017’s valedictorian. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn, U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York; the New York Attorney General’s Office; and the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. He was also an associate editor on the Albany Law Review, a Dean Thomas Sponsler Teaching Fellow, and a teaching assistant for four first-year courses.
