Josh focuses his practice on corporate operations for for-profit entities, not-for-profit corporations, and government entities. He advises on matters related to commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Josh provides counsel to not-for-profit corporations related to initial corporate structuring, securing state and federal tax exemptions, as well as ongoing governance and operations. His experience spans several areas to include, racing and gaming, health care, and commercial real estate.
During law school, Josh served as student attorney/clinic leader at the Wohl Family Veterans Legal Clinic, and as a law clerk for the Hon. David E. Peebles of the U.S. District Court in Syracuse.
Prior to law school, Josh served as a critical care medic and aeromedical evacuation technician in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years, reaching the rank of master sergeant before his retirement. He is a highly decorated veteran of the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan, earning numerous commendations for meritorious service.
