Shannon is an experienced litigator in environmental liability, complex chemical exposures, general liability mass tort cases and contractual disputes who specializes in finding creative solutions to complicated matters. Shannon’s last trial with the City Law Department was a high-profile police case in Kings County that settled just prior to Plaintiff resting his case.
