Dominic provides counsel to clients of our Best Law Firms Tier 1 nationally ranked Mass Torts and Industry-wide Litigation Practice Group. Mass tort cases are often complex matters that seek recovery for personal injuries or property damage arising out of a single occurrence or a discrete series of events such as product recalls.
During his time at Fordham Law School, Dominic gained extensive experience in advocacy and litigation. He was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center where he won the New York State Region of the Annual National Trial Competition and competed in several other trial competitions. As a law student, Dominic had the opportunity to litigate, and win, a securities arbitration matter as a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic.
While in law school, Dominic served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Vincent Papalia, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Newark, New Jersey. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Paul Radvany. Dominic was on the staff of the online content committee of the Fordham International Law Journal and the Dispute Resolution Society, where he competed in an international mediation competition.
