Sarah focuses her practice in the area of complex torts, product liability, and general commercial litigation. She is part of a team of experienced attorneys that represent municipalities, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, property owners and other entities ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in various disputes including class actions, mass torts, premises liability, breach of contract, labor law, and other business disputes/torts.
Sarah also assists with counseling businesses, primarily start-ups, small, and developing entities on a variety of issues. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, marketing language, customer complaints, and other issues that developing businesses may face.
While in law school, Sarah previously served as an intern in the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General in the Consumer Fraud Prosecution Division as part of the American Bar Association’s Janet D. Steiger Fellowship. In that role she prepared research briefs and contributed to motions to dismiss and motions to stay in various cases and assisted in a multi-state lawsuit involving an auto manufacturer. Prior to law school, Sarah worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Nashville, Tennessee.
During her time at the University of Notre Dame Law School, Sarah served as an extern for the Notre Dame Athletics Department in their Compliance Office. She also served as a teaching assistant for Professor John Nagle and was on the staff of the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law.
