Brendan concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, business succession, and related tax analysis and planning matters. He counsels individuals on the tax efficient transfer of wealth from one generation to another and advises trustees and other fiduciaries regarding their obligations.
While in law school, Brendan served as a student attorney for the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented low-income taxpayers in front of the IRS. He was also Managing Editor of Citations and Sources and was a published author of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Brendan has operational experience in the non-profit world, having worked in advancement at the George Eastman Museum in Rochester, New York before attending law school.
