Dan’s practice focuses on resolving complex commercial and insurance disputes through litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing litigation strategy, including in discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Dan’s prior experience is varied and allows him to analyze problems from competing perspectives to tailor a winning strategy for clients.
Throughout law school, Dan served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Journal and participated in the Hofstra Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Competitions. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella in United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York, and for the Honorable Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan in New York State Supreme Court. Dan worked at prominent appellate practice and personal injury law firms to hone his legal writing and analysis.
