Kelly focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential foreclosures and workouts on behalf of local and national lending institutions, individuals and receiverships. She also has extensive experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and reorganizations, representing debtors, creditors, trustees and committees in a variety of bankruptcy and litigation matters. Prior to moving to Syracuse, she practiced commercial bankruptcy law in Washington, D.C. and served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Martin V.B. Bostetter, Jr., now deceased, when he was chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
