Brendan is a versatile and meticulous litigator. He practices primarily in the areas of New York Labor Law, business law, and torts. Brendan represents clients on both side of the “v,” which enables him to chart a better path in litigation and swim upstream to resolve issues before they complicate matters. He serves as litigation counsel to businesses and individual clients throughout the United States.
Brendan serves Harris Beach as co-chair of the Wellness Committee, which is responsible for improving the health and well-being, in all forms, of the firm’s 500-plus employees. Outside of the firm, he serves as a volunteer attorney for the New York City Bar Association, on the board of the Syracuse University Law Alumni Association, and on the Defense Research Institute’s Young Lawyers Steering Committee.
While in law school, Brendan was a legal writing teaching assistant, student mentor, and National Appellate Moot Court team member. He completed numerous internships and experiential learning programs, most notably with the United Kingdom’s Crown Prosecution Service.
Outside of the law, Brendan enjoys HIIT classes, boxing, basketball, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
