John Kolesar is responsible for representing public and private clients in all aspects relating to commercial real estate projects, land use and zoning, and municipal law. He provides clients with strategic counsel in transactional matters such as drafting facility leases, licenses, vendor agreements, and other contracts and legal documents involved in operating facilities. His practice also includes handling litigation before federal, state, and local courts. Throughout his career, John has gained a depth of experience in advising municipal officials, boards, and employees on daily legal and operational affairs and representing employers in labor relations matters such as collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation.
