Sean focuses his practice primarily on commercial real estate and business law. He counsels his real estate clients on acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial property, which includes negotiating and drafting commercial leases, mortgage loan closings and foreclosures. Sean represents lenders and borrowers in closing credit facilities secured by real estate.
He advises business clients in matters including entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, exit strategies and taxation.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Sean practiced as a Certified Public Accountant at a large, national accounting firm, primarily serving real estate developers. He also worked as a management consultant with a “Big 4” accounting firm, advising Fortune 100 clients on strategy and finance process improvement.
