Adam has extensive experience across all areas of immigration law, including business, family, deportation and entertainment-based processes. In his most recent role prior to joining Harris Beach, Adam managed a team of immigration professionals at a top-tier immigration boutique. As part of this representation, Adam directed both the immigrant and nonimmigrant matters for more than two dozen mid-sized corporate clients with more than 1,400 non-citizen employees. Those companies were in industries ranging from software development and financial services to pharmaceuticals and publishing, among others.
Adam has also served as liaison to USCIS local field offices, handling adjustment of status and naturalization interviews, including immigration visa waivers, status violations, portability problems, criminal inadmissibility, removability issues, suspected fraud and emergency requests for advance parole and others.
In his time at various New York City firms, Adam also has developed extensive management experience, overseeing paralegals as well as staff attorneys in support of client needs and serving as a lead client contact.
