Dan practices in all areas of labor and employment law across several industries, both in the private and public sectors. He counsels employers on employment law matters, including litigation avoidance, internal policies, collective bargaining, employee discipline, audits, employment contracts and wage and hour issues. He also represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters before administrative agencies as well as state and federal courts.

While in law school, Dan served as a summer law clerk for Hon. Jonathan W. Feldman, United States Magistrate Judge in the Western District of New York. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review.
