Thomas has extensive experience in the defense of medical malpractice litigation on behalf of physicians, nurses and hospitals. He represents clients in every stage of health care-related litigation, from initial claim to trial, including pretrial discovery, depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions and trial preparation.

His work on complex medical malpractice cases includes those involving strokes, breast cancer, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, emergency medicine and nursing care. Thomas also has experience representing clients in matters involving product liability and lead exposure.
