Kevin is an experienced litigator who works with banks and other financial institutions on consumer and commercial debt recovery. He also addresses strategies for judgment enforcement, perfection of security interests and recovery of security interests in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Kevin represents long-term care facilities in maximizing recovery on their delinquent accounts, handling debt collection litigation and post-judgment enforcement, including pursuing claims for breach of contract, account stated, unjust enrichment, and fraudulent conveyances.

Kevin also has extensive experience in construction and surety law, focusing on representing owners, contractors and sub-contractors in dispute resolution and negligence, professional liability and construction defect claims. As a trial attorney, Kevin has successfully represented clients in business and commercial litigation matters and obtained favorable verdicts in both jury and non-jury trials and in Article 78 proceedings. Kevin has represented health care providers, government entities, industrial development agencies, educational institutions, energy providers and manufacturers, among other types of organizations.

Kevin also practices in election law, representing both Republican and Democratic candidates in ballot access disputes and recounts.
