Joe has a technology focus in his IP work that includes experience in the mechanical, biomechanical, electro-mechanical and electrical arts, computer software, cloud applications, blockchain technology, semiconductor manufacturing and business applications. He is also experienced in IP issues surrounding home appliances, and personal care and grooming devices.
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Joe has medical IP experience in fields such as orthopedics, orthopedic implants, spinal implants and associated instrumentation, spinal rod systems, laparoscopic instrumentation, catheter systems, stents and stent delivery systems, embolization devices, wound care, heart valves, heart monitors, dialysis and other medical devices and symptoms.
