Jarrod has extensive experience in employment-based immigration. He is a recognized national leader in the processing of H-2B and H-2A visas for agricultural and seasonal employers, including farms, landscape companies, and hospitality, manufacturing and construction industries. Jarrod joins the largest attorney-managed H-2A and H-2B practice in the country. He guides employers across the country on Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration compliance issues, and counsels other attorneys and organizations throughout the country on H-2 legislation, policy and compliance issues.

Jarrod assists employers in navigating the complex maze of H-2A and H-2B regulations and represents employers in developing successful strategies to meet their seasonal and permanent labor needs. Jarrod helps prepare temporary and permanent labor certification applications, USCIS petitions, complex DOL and USCIS audits, as well as other matters focused on the U.S. H-2 visa programs for temporary workers.

Jarrod is a frequent speaker at immigration/employment related conferences and seminars, Continuing Legal Education programs, and for a variety of entities including multiple national trade associations.

Admitted to practice in Texas. Practice in the District of Columbia limited to federal immigration law consistent with Rule 49(c)(3) of the Rules of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Jarrod has extensive experience in employment-based immigration.
