Christina has many years of experience administering estates and trusts, and focuses her practice on advising and assisting estate and trust fiduciaries and beneficiaries with these matters. Christina manages the firm’s experienced paralegals to guide their clients through related Supreme Court and Surrogate’s Court proceedings, tax matters, accountings, the collection and transfer of assets, and the settlement of estates and trusts.
In connection with this role, Christina has experience in handling residential real estate transactions, including sales and beneficiary transfers, as well as a variety of corporate transactions related to estates and trusts. She also assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and living wills.
Christina is also qualified to serve as a Guardian ad Litem, a court-appointed attorney who is charged with looking out for the interests of individuals who are otherwise unable to do so.
Christina is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is also a veteran of the New York Army National Guard, having been stationed at the 1/156th Field Artillery Unit in Kingston, New York.
