Kim is the chief administrative officer at Harris Beach. She leads the firm’s lateral recruiting efforts and oversees the administrators of all regional offices. Kim works with the management committee, office managing partners, the practice group leaders and the administrative leadership team to focus on the continued growth of the firm by facilitating the recruitment and integration of lateral attorneys and mergers, and the successful partner succession transitioning.
Her support of our regional office managers and administrative operations incorporates her experience with financial management (budgeting, expense management, profitability analysis, billing and collections); workflow coordination and streamlining of processes utilizing technology; integration of mergers and laterals; procurement of firm and client related expenditures; staff development and training; and facilities management, lease management and outsourcing. She supports the attorneys, practice areas and clients through project management, assisting with the development and promotion of firm policies and procedures. She advances the firm’s values and diversity initiatives as an active member of the Council on Inclusion and Diversity. She works with the firm’s management committee to advance the firm’s strategic goals and growth initiatives.
