Bryan focuses his practice in the area of mass torts litigation, including products liability and toxic torts disputes. He also has significant experience defending matters involving transportation, construction and design defect, and labor law, with emphasis on high-exposure catastrophic injury claims. Bryan handles all aspects of litigation, including aggressive motion practice; settlement negotiations and mediation; and depositions and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Bryan defended several large corporations in a wide variety of matters in federal and state courts.
While in law school, Bryan served as law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, working in its violent crime and narcotics trafficking division. He was also summer clerk in the felony trial division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
